
Los Arcos National Marine Park
It is located between Mismaloya and Gemelas beaches just 15 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta. There are 5 granite rocks, the largest is 25 meters high. It has deep tunnels, caves, arches and impressive reefs. The waves are calm making it a spectacular place for diving and snorkelling. Los Arcos have been declared an ecological reserve.
Las Animas Beach
Las Animas beach is one of the most popular family outings, there are many tour operators and cruises in the bay that arrive here during the day. It is the first beach just 3 km from Boca, (about 5-10 minutes), just after passing Playa Caballo.
Colomitos Beach
Located south of Puerto Vallarta, approximately 20 minutes away, Colomitos is one of the smallest beaches in Mexico, measuring only 30 meters in length. But do not let its size stop your desire to know it, on the contrary, you will see the incredible landscape that can be concentrated in a place so small in size, but so large in natural wonders.
Yelapa Beach
Yelapa is a fabulous place, so isolated that one feels like being on a tropical island in the South Pacific, for a long time the cellular service signals did not reach here and they allowed total isolation, which is a luxury today. 40 minutes south of Puerto Vallarta by sea, between the jungle and the waters of the Bay of Banderas.
Punta de Mita
Punta Mita is a fishing village and a tourist center on the Mexican Pacific coast. It is located on a small peninsula in the Bay of Banderas. It is known for its luxurious homes, golf courses, and private beaches. El Anclote public beach is surrounded by restaurants and has a sea with gentle waves. On the coast, there are the biodiverse Marietas Islands that are home to fauna such as the humpback whale and the blue-footed gannet.
